HOW TO PREPARE FOR AN APPOINTMENT

Once we have an appointment scheduled, there are a few steps you can take. 

  • Clear cars out of the way of the nearest parking spot. It’s easier to move the equipment the closer they are to the building. 
  • Vacuuming before the appointment removes the loose dirt and other debris sitting in the carpet and allows the focus to be on cleaning the small carpet fibers. 
  • Make sure drapes aren’t touching the carpet. 
  • Moving delicate items. We are always careful and respectful of your possessions, but to avoid any accidents, it is best to remove anything breakable.
  • Move furniture. Our experts can do a more thorough cleaning, and do it more efficiently, without extra furniture in the way.
  • Even if your pet is friendly, it is best to confine them to a safe space. The equipment can be loud, and we don’t want to put them under any stress. The door will have to remain open during the service as well, so it is best to keep the pets in a confined area.
